Phil Scott (R) signed HB 639 into law, which “requires insurers in that state to cover additional breast imaging services without enforcing cost-sharing requirements.” The state’s Department of Financial Regulation “will release a regulatory guidance outlining the coding structure for screening mammograms, ultrasound scans, and callback screenings.”
