Senator: New Breast Cancer Screening Guidelines Sends Mixed Messages To Women

Kelly Ayotte, a Republican Senator from Nashua, New Hampshire writes in The Concord (NH) Monitor (10/30) about her concern over new breast cancer screening regulations and says “because of conflicting guidelines about breast cancer screenings, women are getting mixed messages” about when to get screened. Ayotte is a supporter of “the National Breast Cancer Coalition’s ‘Breast Cancer Deadline 2020’ – a national effort to end breast cancer by the year 2020.”
