Crack the Case!

2021 Virtual Symposium

The Society of Breast Imaging’s annual symposium is the largest breast imaging conference in the world, and for the first tie ever, we're hosting it virtually! With a discounted registration rate of only $99, SBI Members-in-Training enjoy sessions specifically geared toward them.

Residents, Fellows, and Medical Student Members, register today to take advantage of this special rate!

RFS Luncheon
Mingle with your fellow residents and trainees over a delicious midday meal on Friday, April 17 from 11:45 am – 1:15 pm. Take advantage of small group mentoring sessions with leading breast imagers and connect with the members of SBI's Board of Directors, fellowship program directors, and senior faculty.

Research Abstracts at the Symposium
SBI encourages residents, fellows, and medical students to submit original research abstracts to the annual symposium. Authors of accepted abstracts will have the opportunity to network and discuss their research with breast imaging experts and peers.

Research Award Winners
Two research prizes are awarded for abstracts presented at the annual Symposium: one to a medical student/resident (at time of submission) and one to a fellow-in-training (at time of submission), based on scientific merit. Research prizes include $1,000 and an award to each winning resident and fellow. Winning abstracts may be reproduced in the member newsletter, SBI News, and/or the Journal of Breast Imaging.
