How does BI-RADS 4 stack up against the 5th edition?

Health Imaging (5/9) reports that fifth edition of the American College of Radiology (ACR) Breast Imaging and Reporting Data System (BI-RADS) showed better positive predictive values (PPVs) for categorizing suspicious calcifications compared to BI-RADS 4, according to a new study published in the American Journal of Roentgenology.
