Refund Policy

Meetings
Refunds for registration fees must be submitted by the specified due date for each meeting, as indicated on the meeting brochure. An attendee will receive a refund, minus Society processing fees. There shall be no refund of the registration fee for requests made after the specified date.

Privacy Statement

SBI is committed to protecting your privacy and will collect no personal information from you unless you consent to provide that information. This privacy policy applies when you visit or use our websites. This policy may be supplemented by additional privacy statements, terms or notices provided to you.

SBI may share member information, including mailing address and email address, with trusted vendors and partners as necessary to conduct legitimate society business. This includes the distribution of journal issues and electronic notices from SBI’s publishing partner, Oxford University Press. You will have the opportunity to “opt out” of any electronic communications from SBI and/or SBI vendors and partners.
