Kesha serves as Senior Director, Engagement and Strategic Priorities for the Society of Breast Imaging (SBI), where she leads a mission-focused portfolio at the intersection of engagement, communications, organizational strategy and programmatic impact. Her leadership spans membership, marketing and communications, public and media relations, advocacy, volunteer engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, strategic partnerships, and a diverse range of programs and initiatives. She translates organizational priorities into strategies that strengthen member value, deepen engagement, expand the society’s reach and influence, and advance its mission.
A seasoned nonprofit and association leader, Kesha brings expertise in leading complex initiatives, building strategic relationships and developing communications that connect organizations with the communities they serve. Her experience includes work with associations, regulatory agencies, congressional staff, and state and federal agencies on nationally significant initiatives spanning policy, advocacy, public awareness, maternal and child health, women’s equality, preventive care and patient advocacy.
Kesha contributes her expertise through service with the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), including the Research Foundation, Communication Section Council, Healthcare Associations Advisory Council, Gold Circle Awards Committee and as a Gold Circle Awards judge. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and National Press Club, an inaugural member of the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture Ambassador Program, and a Charter Member of the museum.
