The Society of Breast Imaging formally invites you to attend the 2026 SBI Breast Imaging Symposium on April 16-19, 2026, in person at the Seattle Convention Center Arch, in Seattle, WA. The Symposium will provide exceptional education, scientific advances, networking opportunities, and practical refreshers our members have come to expect.

A full day of instruction in Contrast Enhanced Mammography (CEM) will be offered on Wednesday as a pre-course before the official start of the Symposium for an additional fee. Registrants will learn how to establish a CEM program and interpret the examinations.

The Symposium has something for everyone – trainees and seasoned veterans, basic principles and cutting-edge research, private practice and academics, specialists and generalists. As a bonus, the Symposium is a unique opportunity to network and reconnect with colleagues from around the world.

Meeting policies

Education Credit (CME, CE, CoP): In order to successfully complete the activity, participants must attend the in-person meeting, complete an activity evaluation, and claim credit commensurate with their participation in the activity.

Cancelation Policy: Full refunds, less a $150 administrative fee, will be given provided that written notification of cancelation is received on or before March 27, 2026. No refunds will be given for cancelation after this date. SBI President's Dinner tickets are non-refundable, we do allow the tickets to be transferred to another attendee.

Health and Safety: SBI is committed to implementing conscious, intentional health and safety operating practices and will work in accordance with guidelines of the Arch and the state of Washington to ensure the safety of all attendees, exhibitors, and staff.

Photography and Filming: Professional photographs, audio, and video will be captured during the Symposium. Attendees hereby grant SBI and its representatives permission to photograph and/or record them at the conference and distribute (both now and in the future) the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
