Michelle Lee
Professional Bio
Michelle Lee is an Associate Professor of Radiology and Fellow of the Society of Breast Imaging. She attended the University of Wisconsin as an undergraduate and received her medical degree from Northwestern University School of Medicine, which included a research year funded by an RSNA Research and Education Medical Scholars Grant. She pursued an internal medicine internship at Cleveland’s MetroHealth City Hospital and a radiology residency at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology (MIR). From 2010-to 2013, she served as the Co-Chair of Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital’s Breast Health Center, only to return to MIR until 2020. She served as Assistant Program Director of the Diagnostic Radiology Program and Program Director of the Breast Imaging Fellowship.
From 2020-23 she became the Chief of Breast Imaging at the Medical College of Georgia, where she focused on High-Risk screening and providing care to the underserved. In 2023, She returned to MIR and is establishing a Breast Center at Barnes West Hospital.
