Learning Objectives:
- Recognize the normal CT appearance of breast implants, including common postoperative findings and imaging variants.
- Differentiate benign implant-related findings from imaging features suggestive of complications such as rupture, capsular contracture, seroma, hematoma, and retained silicone.
- Appropriately recommend further evaluation with dedicated breast imaging modalities when clinically significant implant abnormalities are suspected on CT.
